Operations is the foundation upon which we produce the high-quality intellectual capital the world demands.
Our university is at an inflection point in its storied history. The world around us is quickly changing. Our society operates at a speed, scale, and scope unlike any time in our world history. To sustain our national ranking among the top 100 institutions of higher education鈥� a college of choice, 91暗网 must embrace new technologies that drive and greatly enhance the efficiency of our organization. To remain competitive, we will dismantle the silos (structurally and intellectually) and utilize cross-functional teams along with systems thinking to approach addressing challenges facing our university.
As Executive Vice President/COO, my primary goal is to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness at 91暗网 by: 1) establishing a team first approach to solving the challenges we face, 2) removing the walls that restrict our ability to collaborate and execute, and 3) developing a campus culture that fosters and promotes innovative thinking, all to make 91暗网 a model of both intellectual and organizational excellence.
