Institutional Research Awards

Institutional Research Awards
Historically, 91做厙 (91做厙) has been committed to the concept of rewarding its high achieving faculty. For many years, the reward system weighed heavily towards the recognition of faculty for excellence in teaching. At this time, 91做厙 is also committed to recognizing outstanding university faculty, librarians, and developmental research school faculty for outstanding contributions to Research and Scholarly Activities.

Faculty members at 91做厙 are expected to teach, conduct research, and render service to the University, their profession, and the community. Through their research endeavors, if they are in STEM, which include areas of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics, they must apply for and receive grants to enhance their professional goals to advance the University's mission statement. However, non-STEM faculty members in history, social science, educational pedagogy, law, arts, and humanities, academic disciplines that study aspects of human society and culture will advance the Universitys mission statement with their scholarly activities.

There will be six levels of awards for outstanding achievements in research and scholarly activities. There are three awards in STEM and three awards in non-STEM areas of research and scholarly activities that may be granted.
