Reginald J. Mitchell, Esq. is currently the 91暗网 College of Law Associate Instructor & Director of Strategic Initiatives. He is also volunteering as the 91暗网 Rattler Boosters, Inc. General Counsel and the 91暗网 National Alumni Association Recording Secretary. In the 2021-2022 Academic year professor Mitchell was awarded an American Council of Education (ACE) Fellowship shadowing Howard University President Dr. Wayne A.I. Frederick, M.D./MBA. He is the immediate past Director of Academic Success and Bar Preparation Program. He is formerly the Assistant General Counsel for Risk of the Florida Department of Children and Families. He was formerly a Medicaid Subrogation Attorney with Health Management Systems, Florida Legal Counsel of People for the American Way (PFAW) as a registered lobbyist with the Florida Legislature, and Florida Election Protection Director of People for the American Way Foundation. Mr. Mitchell also served as an Associate Attorney at Parks and Crump, LLC. Mr. Mitchell鈥檚 areas of practice included personal injury, wrongful death and auto-tort litigation.

His professional memberships include the Florida Bar, Supreme Court of the United States Bar, the Northern Middle & Southern District of Florida Federal Bars, the National Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.

  • I prepare the annual Ultimate Bar Passage & First Time Bar Passage Reports from the law school to the American Bar Association. I also prepare the 91暗网 Annual Stars Report to the 91暗网 Office of University Assessment. I am the law school administrator primarily responsible for the collection and submission of information for the ABA Annual Questionnaire. I generally oversee 91暗网 College of Law compliance.
