I serve as a Skills Lab Instructor at the Florida A&M University School of Nursing. I facilitate hands-on clinical learning for undergraduate nursing students, drawing on over 20 years of nursing experience in medical-surgical care and patient care education. I鈥檓 passionate about evidence-based teaching, skill mastery, and compassionate, patient-centered practice. I鈥檓 also pursuing my PhD in Nursing at Florida State University, focusing on health disparities and access to care in underserved communities.
