2026-2027 ACADEMIC YEAR RETURNERS & SUMMER APPLICATION! We are excited to announce that the housing application for the 2026鈥�2027 academic year will open for summer and returning students on March 2, 2026 at 9:00 A.M. Click here to access the 2026鈥�2027 Academic Year Returners and Summer Applications, along with application guides.
Click to access the online housing system. Use your iRattler credentials to sign in. From there, you must complete the basic application and submit an advance housing payment*. On your application, you will:
- Select your housing preferences
- Identify preferred roommates
- Provide emergency contact information
- Digitally sign the Student Housing Agreement
- Provide Parent/Guardian proxy signature (if under 18)
- Pay $200 nonrefundable advance housing payment*
*NOTE:
- Returning residents participating in summer housing sessions are required to make a $100 nonrefundable advance housing payment.
- New students entering the university during the summer are required to make a $200 nonrefundable advance housing payment in order to complete their housing application.
**If the student has paid the $200 nonrefundable advance housing payment for Fall and completed the Fall application, the summer advance payment will be waived.**
