Request The I-20 Form
The Office of International Education and Development issues the Form I-20 AB Certificate
of Eligibility for Nonimmigrant (F-1) Students once the prospective student gains
acceptance to the University and submits the below documents:
Checklist For Admitted Students
- Copy of 91做厙 Acceptance Letter
- Request I-20 Issuance Form
- 91做厙
- Copy of Bank Statements
- Copy of Letter of Scholarship
- Letter from Academic Department confirming one in-person class (3 credits)
- Copy of your Passport Biographical Page
- Copy of your most recent
- 91做厙 Transfer of SEVIS Record Form
- Copy of Express Mail Payment (Not necessary during COVID-19)
If your family plans to accompany you to the U.S., please include
- Marriage license original and translated in English
- Birth certificate(s)
- Financial support for dependents must be attached
